By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

- Service Data: Property addresses, aerial/blueprint measurements, layers, estimates, and proposals you create in the Service.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide — when you create an account, purchase credits, submit forms, or contact support.
- Service Data you create — property addresses/locations, measurements and map layers (GeoJSON), estimates, pricing/scope templates, and proposals.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Automatically collected — device, browser, IP address, log data, and usage of the Service.
The personal data we typically collect includes:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name and job title
- Billing details (via Stripe)
- Phone number (if provided)
- Property addresses you search or measure
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Create and manage your account and process transactions (credits, subscriptions).
- Generate measurements, estimates, and proposals at your request.
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- Send service, security, and (where permitted) marketing communications.
- Monitor usage, prevent fraud and abuse, and ensure security.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
- Service providers / sub-processors — vendors who process data on our behalf under contract (see list below).
- Payment processing — Stripe, to complete purchases.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- With your direction — for example, when you share a proposal via a link you generate.
Our current sub-processors include:
- Google LLC (Firebase / Google Cloud) — authentication, database, hosting, serverless functions, and map imagery tiles.
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and billing (PCI-DSS compliant; full card details are handled by Stripe, not by us).
- EmailJS — delivery of transactional email (e.g., password-reset messages).
- Esri and imagery/basemap providers — aerial and satellite imagery displayed in the measurement tools.
- ReportAll USA / parcel-data providers — parcel boundary lookups by address or location.
- OpenStreetMap / Photon — address search and geocoding.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
Data Retention
We retain personal data and Service Data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account; some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers (Google Cloud/Firebase) and payment processors (Stripe). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@propertymeasure.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we process data on behalf of a business customer, we will refer your request to that customer.
International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers of personal data.
Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the age required by local law). If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
